  I love Arena Fitness! I joined in 2016 and since day one all the trainers were very helpful and always were motivating me. My main problem is always constancy and Will was always on top when I was missing days... I tried for a year then I stopped for a long time (I was being lazy), he reached out again in the middle of last year and I went back again and have never stopped since then. I like how you feel like family every time you walk in, they will always push your limit, they care for your progress, every day is a different routine and you work all areas of your body, they always make sure you are comfortable with the routine and even now I am four months pregnant and Will is always modifying any exercise that I am not comfortable doing.
  I totally recommend Arena Fitness to everyone specially if you are looking for a professional and affordable place to change your lifestyle and health.
