  As someone who has always enjoyed my fitness and workout activities solo and independent, I can whole-heartedly say that Gayle, Jessica, Jeff, Chris, Joy and the whole team at Dragonfly have changed my mind and made me a believer in cycling classes and the transformation they, and the community involved, can have on your body, mind and soul.
  
  First off, they really take the time to make sure you're all set and comfortable across the board -- from right when you arrive to the moment you leave. Second, they push you in the best way possible to get some of the best workouts you'll ever experience. There's something unique about their classes that motivates you to a level you didn't think possible, and man, do they all play some GREAT music! :)
  
  Moral of the story -- because of the team at Dragonfly, I'm fully committed to the cycling world they have created and will show up as much as possible because you feel good when you're there and after you leave due to not only the solid workout you get but also the people you interact with -- what an amazing and embracing group of people.
