  I walked in there not realizing that you need an appointment. They completely ignored me for 45 minutes. It was only when I found the sign on the counter that talked about the need to make an appointment that I realized that I had made a mistake. Will I go back there by making an appointment? Absolutely not. If you can't even take two seconds to say "hello" to a potential customer that walks in the door, Who you see sitting there for 45 minutes, then I will just find a different place to make an appointment.
