  I love this place! I used to practice yoga here but now come mostly for workshops and private sessions. Marisol's breathwork workshop is amazing so I try to make that every month, and Jayni's hypnotherapy and Marisol's massage offerings are equally wonderful! This isn't the place to get your typical LA Thai massage; the massages are actually ayurvedic in quality! I had an ayurvedic oil massage that utilized sesame oil, and it was truly the most amazing gentle massage experience I've ever had, somehow alleviating tension in my back in a way that nothing else did. I plan to come back soon to experience the craniosacral massage she offers. :-)
