  My mother injured herself seriously, and couldn't do her hair or makeup for my father's big 80th birthday party. I'm a long ways away, so couldn't have helped. It was a last minute booking, but Teresa not only responded quickly, she took pity on our situation and went to my mother's house the day of the party to help her glam up for the special occasion.
  
  It's not just about the hair and makeup--though Teresa did an excellent job at both. It was the care she showed that made my mom really shine and feel special. Thanks, Teresa!
