  I've been coming here a month and am loving it. Working out harder than ever but having so much fun while I do it. The people are great and the owners are super knowledgeable. The coaches are all really great, focusing on my form and helping me get the hang of this type of workout, while still pushing me to do more than I thought I was capable of. Highly recommended!
